Compound Annual Growth Rate is an indicator that reflects the average rate of revenue growth over a certain period of time.

Revenue CAGR = ((38 000 - 25 000)^(1 / 5))-1 = 13 000^0,2-1 = 5,6%

Revenue CAGR is calculated according to the formula:
Revenue CAGR = ((Revenue at the end of the period / Revenue at the beginning of the period) ^ (1 / Number of intervals for the period)) - 1
The main advantage of Revenue CAGR is that it is easy to use. Calculating revenue CAGR can show how efficiently a company is performing, and it helps to predict future revenue growth rates.
